Both my partner and I opted for pedicures and were pleased with the results. However, there were some drawbacks: we were attended to 15 minutes late, and the service took longer than anticipated. While I’m happy with how my nails turned out, the overall experience could have been better.

I came here thru ClassPass to try new place out. When the person found out I am there thru ClassPass the attitude changed immediately, the nail technicians said something between each other in their language and all looked at me…didn’t feel welcomed and the whole procedure felt unwanted from the stuff. Isn’t the whole purpose of being on ClassPass to get more exposure and bring more clients? Why is it even an option to use this place on ClassPass if you going to treat your customers differently? And I tipped 30% of what the cost of the procedure is on their website up front!

Gina, Ais, Diana and Thuy are the best nail artists in Chicago. My friends and I have been going to Gina’s for a while now and my nails always look amazing! This is my favorite place to relax. We got custom prom nails, my friend got bridesmaid nails and special valentines nails with cherries designed. The nails always last 2-3 weeks and could go longer but we like going so much we get them more often. Ais is amazing for no chip and Russian manicure!

I am very disappointed in my pedicure experience . They were rushing without any reason. Getting a pedicure should be a pleasant experience. However, this was not the case and due to them rushing I was cut several times. It cost $60 and I will no longer go again. Please take this as constructive criticism, a salon should be a place that helps people feel better not hurt or upset.

Went for the first time on Sunday and overall was not a great experience. I made an app online 2 weeks ago for a pedicure and got an email confirmation yet waited 35 mins with my feet in the bowl before someone started working on my nails. I overheard the nail tech who I had booked with tell another nail tech to start my pedicure when that nail tech had what appeared to be a friend waiting for their nails to be down by them. I heard her profusely apologize to her as she started my nails. Yet at this point no one had apologized to me for the wait or acknowledged I had been waiting. The nail tech very quickly cut and filed my nails barely paying any attention then I waited ANOTHER 30 mins before the nail tech I had booked with came over and painted my nails in such a rush. My toe nail was broken and I asked if she could put builder gel to even it out, she did this but didn’t file or smooth it down and painted over it leaving a big bulge on my nail after painting. Again no one had apologized or acknowledged I had waited so long. When I finally spoke up they claimed my appointment got “double booked” and the other girl who came for the manicure booked at the wrong location yet they took her first and did her nails and left me waiting despite booking 2 weeks in advance. I spent over an hour in total waiting for them to do my nails and they spent maybe 20 mins on my nails. Overall a horrible experience and do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

I know of no more kind and deferential salon than Eco Nail Salon. Their excellent manager maintains stability in the establishment. while preserving a warm atmosphere and a wonderful community! I’ve had my nails done several times, and each time the cost was reasonable.

I got a hard gel full set for the first time with Tako yesterday. He is extremely booked out so I’m glad he was able to squeeze me in. I highly recommend everyone to try hard gel because it’s so thin and natural looking. I didn’t know that vigorous hand turning was required, but it makes sense since the gel was so watery. Tako got me out in only an hour, which I appreciate since I’m a busy person!I saw Tako’s reel in IG with him putting duck tape over his mouth! Lol, he does silent appts, which I respect. I like my quiet time too since I have to get my nails done at the end of my super long days.You can tell Tako is extremely passionate about his craft with his attention to detail. I’m lucky to have found someone like that to make my nails look beautiful. Appreciate you so much Tako!

I had an appt with Takoshi yesterday at 730 pm.i was unaware that the salon would be closed and that we would be alone in the salon after hours. This did not worry me at first, until our interaction began.. and I realized how rude and short he was. He would blatantly ignore my questions and barely spoke when I spoke to him. He did not explain anything and was rough with maneuvering my hands in the process of my hard gel overlay. This made me extremely uneasy. Towards the end of my service he told me to “touch nothing” and to “move my phone away” as if he was talking to a child. I was appalled. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I still tipped on my 90$ nails but to be frank, it was not warranted. I could not wait to leave that salon. If I was to return, it would definitely not be with him.

I’ve been seeing Bruce for over 7 years for my nails. He is precise, consistent, and friendly. I receive compliments on my nails from so many people I’ve moved out of state and still fly back to have him do my nails. You can’t go wrong with the services here. 10/10 recommend.

Overall, I felt the situation wasn’t handled very well on their part considering there were not one but 2 managers on duty there.At that point I left, but I really wanted a manicure that day, and I don’t know of many places that offer builder gel manis so I decided to give the Wicker Park location a try later that day. Once again, I made an appointment, only to arrive and be told the technician was running a half hour late and wouldn’t be able to accommodate me. I didn’t want to roll the dice on a random technician (given that that the reviews definitely seem better for some techs than others at this location) so I left.Seems like a clean establishment with a good color selection, so I’ll give them a star for that.
