I got a hard gel full set for the first time with Tako yesterday. He is extremely booked out so I’m glad he was able to squeeze me in. I highly recommend everyone to try hard gel because it’s so thin and natural looking. I didn’t know that vigorous hand turning was required, but it makes sense since the gel was so watery. Tako got me out in only an hour, which I appreciate since I’m a busy person!I saw Tako’s reel in IG with him putting duck tape over his mouth! Lol, he does silent appts, which I respect. I like my quiet time too since I have to get my nails done at the end of my super long days.You can tell Tako is extremely passionate about his craft with his attention to detail. I’m lucky to have found someone like that to make my nails look beautiful. Appreciate you so much Tako!

I had an appt with Takoshi yesterday at 730 pm.i was unaware that the salon would be closed and that we would be alone in the salon after hours. This did not worry me at first, until our interaction began.. and I realized how rude and short he was. He would blatantly ignore my questions and barely spoke when I spoke to him. He did not explain anything and was rough with maneuvering my hands in the process of my hard gel overlay. This made me extremely uneasy. Towards the end of my service he told me to “touch nothing” and to “move my phone away” as if he was talking to a child. I was appalled. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I still tipped on my 90$ nails but to be frank, it was not warranted. I could not wait to leave that salon. If I was to return, it would definitely not be with him.
