Clean, relaxing environment. Unable to complete my request of a neutral nail based and neutral colors with my olive skin. The nail tech blamed in on the lighting and was validated by her team that the design did match when I mention it did not the picture. You can see how she over buffed my nails under my base. Bubbles and uneven gel painted on. They charged me a full manicure even though it wasn’t complete. Very unprofessional. Not worth the prices. Go to cute nails salon for the same price but better service.

I hate to even leave this review because I had such high hopes for this salon. I’m giving the 2 stars solely due to the older woman that did my refill today. She was so kind and did a decent job.Upon stepping into the salon I was “halfway” greeted by the owners brother who was cold /rude from the start. I asked about a refill and was briskly handed off to the owner Kim and discussed options. I asked the owner the STYLE of Nails/refill I wanted bc I had forgotten from my previous set and was met with snickering and sarcasm. I was shocked because it was a simple question that was eventually answered correctly by owners brother. 🤷Kim, much like most other salons in the area foster an environment of gossip, discrimination, and mediocrity especially amongst the nail techs.I won’t be returning but best of luck to you all that step into this salon.

UpdateTo clarify – my injury was June 2 – two weeks after I got them done. You can’t see it but my image is time-stamped. I posted the review way after. If it was 4 weeks, my nail growth won’t be so littleI may sound confusing, b/c I did go back to this salon after and had a new tech. I like my current nails.. I wanted to share so this doesn’t happen to someone else—-I went back because I like the quality of work but not sure if I’ll return .. I spent a lot on my French tips but it chipped and my nail broke! It was painful. And I wasn’t doing anything labor intensive. Looking into it .. I noticed that there is no apex on my nail thus no support for my tip. Touching my other nails, the middle part of the mail dips instead of being round to support the nail.I still recommend trying it out – I think it really depends on the tech cause I did have quality service before …It was a good experience but pricey for what I gotten. I had four nails with minimal art – glitter ✨ and something I brought. I’d suggest you ask about pricing before you start. I was used to not having to pay extra so I didn’t ask.

I’m editing my initial review:I went here for 6 months to get my nails done and it was good… i got the same thing every time. when i wanted To give my nails a break and get the gel removed they seemed annoyed i didn’t Want another service. They used the grinder to take of the top layer of they gel and instead of soaking them they kept grinding till i complained that it was burning my nail and there was no polish left. Took my nails 6 months to recover and was very painful…First time here and i loved It! Kayla was not only great with the shape and desire but very educational on builder nails and explained the process so i could Understand why it was better than dip it gel polish. Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been coming to this salon for more than two months and every time I request daisy! She does an amazing job with my acrylics and with my pedicures. I always tell my friends to come to this salon as well! 5 stars for daisy!Update: Relax is not good anymore. They’re really rude and the nails suck. I’m really unhappy with how they look and the staff didn’t listen at all. My nails are all different sizes, chunky, and not the right shade. I don’t think I’ve ever had an uglier set. I asked for things to be done different and the staff around me started laughing at me and saying they already did it. If I wasn’t graduating tomorrow I would’ve gone to daisy who moved salons but was out of town. Not to mention I was charged $85 for a set of acrylic nails when I used to pay $50 at this same salon. Horrific experience.

I just had a really bad experience. My nails were not even going the right way for 4 nails. Had to stay for a whole 2 extra hours and they charged me MORE afterwards. The color was see through, it was crooked, etc. No conversation, was rolled eyes at, and my friend also complained about the shape and was handed a file to fix it herself. Just overall terrible hospitality to me. My other friends had a good experience but I did not.

I have gone twice to this place and I am so sad to say it just did not work out for me.Cash only (but not really because they charged my card the first visit sooo that’s confusing??).What is considered what art tier???I don’t think their pricing matches their execution. The set below was $186 and took waaaay too long. I know that includes nail repair and fill but ummmmm these don’t look great and were unfortunately the way we went because the nail artists was not able to quite get my first insp picture in a way I felt comfortable paying over $150 for. My first set I had 5 nails lift and two complete just fall off (hard gel extensions) at the 2 week mark (I had lifting happening a few days in). This nail tech kept trying to paint over debris on my fingers after filing the first attempt at my inspo. So I ended up with uneven nail polish application, some don’t even have the top coat fully applied.Just overall disappointed I didn’t find my new spot.Update: on day four of these nails and already have three lifted. I followed their care instructions to a tee. Called to see if we could get a refund because I did not feel comfortable going back in after how passive aggressive my nail artist was and the way the nail artist were discussing openly about another customer complaint in a negative tone while I was there (I was still within the five days guarantee to make something right). Whoever answered was super rude, said I had to complain within 24 hours and would have to be within the discretion of the manager and there was no way to fix this or get a refund (why they try to be cash only I’m sure). So I’m out $186 for some terrible nails that won’t last 3 days. Don’t recommend.
