I usually come here all the time but today disappointed me. I had a Groupon for a Brazilian wax for the amount of $28 dollars and also go the bottom half of my legs waxed. During my appointment my waxer kept asking how much I usually paid for certain services which I found odd but to my surprise when it was time to pay she charged me $70 for 2 services. I received no receipt so when I asked for a price list none could be provided, when I checked on the website no prices, and when I called for the manager I was told she wasn’t there. I was told to text the owner of the business to ask for a price list which was strange because a business should either have the prices available for customers to see or have it ready on demand. Still confused why I was charged $70 for 2 services so when I tried to call back to talk to a Manager they would either hang up the phone or send it straight to voicemail. Very poor service, I am so disappointed because this is my regular place but I will no longer be coming here. Everytime I come they charge me something different for the same services. Sad case.

I love this place! I have very long, naturally curly(3b) hair so I’m weary about people touching it. My first apt was a blowout for a photoshoot which came out amazing & I explained my future plans to do some blonde balayage and also my fears about curl damage. After a great first experience, I trusted that My hair tech, Alabama, was trustworthy with making my hair dreams come true and we went blonde! I couldn’t be happier with the results and the customer service provided to me by the entire team at Studio 27! (First pics are from my blowout, 2nd pics are from my color apt.)

Stylist Anne Flores absolutely ruined my hair. I showed her pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like – a pixie cut – and my hair looked nothing like the photos. She shaved my hair short on one side and where she was supposed to leave the hair long on the right side, she cut it very short. She said sorry and they gave me a discount for a MAN’S HAIRCUT. I look like a man. After the fact she told me that there was another stylist there that could have done my hair better. She should have said it to begin with that she wasn’t comfortable doing my hair, or that she didn’t think she could cut my hair. She said my hair would grow back, but the way she cut it, it’s going to take months to grow out and it’s going to look so awkward. I’m going to have to endure months of looking awkward. I’ve had short hair before, many times, and this is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I am never going back there again.

I didn’t know I could actually enjoy getting my hair done until I found this salon. The staff are always incredibly polite and friendly. Anne has been my stylist and I couldn’t be happier; she’s always receptive to what I want to do with my hair while she also gives me great advice on what sort of haircare routine I should be doing to keep it healthy. She was careful and professional with bleaching my hair, and despite achieving a very light color, my hair is still feeling soft and strong. I credit not only her knowledge on the process but her guidance about how I should take care of my hair at home. Thank you Anne!
