The man who did my nails was extremely rough and despite my pleas with him to be gentler he continued and caused me bloody cuticles all over. It was bad enough that he noticed and instead of offering to help or let me go rinse my hands he sprayed rubbing alcohol into my cuts. It took twice as long as it usually takes to get a fill with plain color polish and the result was not as good. He left multiple times to “take a break” as he said and came back smelling like cigarettes. The place was hot and smelled terrible. Workers were rude and very instant on you leaving a big tip (which can only be done via cash or Venmo which I did not have) not that I would’ve tipped for that horrible service anyway. Save your money and go somewhere else.

What a pleasure to find Classy Nails Spa & Sen Brows today! I arrived with only enough time for a manicure and was encouraged to stay for a pedicure too…it was close to closing time but Jacky, Ronda and Fiona insisted that not only could I receive a first time service discount, but there was also time for a pedicure too😊 both mani/pedi were wonderful and I made another appt before I left…the salon is beautiful and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Thank you for a last minute experience that I will recommend highly!

My first time here and I was pretty blown away. The vibe was very relaxed with a great sound track. The space was bright, open, and airy. Everyone seemed in great spirits and super helpful with guests and each other.Tori D. took great care of me — friendly, efficient, and made my nails look amazing while helping me relax and rejuvenate for a couple hours.I booked the Cloud Nine package, and I really enjoyed the CBD product. They use a “cloud” foam infused with CBD, rather than an oil treatment I’ve had at other businesses. Personally, I enjoyed this much better because I had no oily residue after the service.The dedication to being clean and sanitary is obviously front of mind and not just a marketing gimmick — Tori pointed out several products/practices that were chosen based on a sanitation focus, including the copper soak tubs, steam mopping the floors, and the disinfecting properties of the foot soak. I observed techs helping each other out to give each station a thorough cleaning as soon as possible after each service. There was also an air purifier in use in the salon area.I think my last point is parking in German Village is often a worry, but this location is far enough down Thurman that I was able to park practically across the street from the shop.Overall, my next appointment is already booked, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for some top tier self care.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This nail shop was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My nail tech Yen was so dismissive of anything I said. I got a pedicure and the water was boiling HOT and I asked her to turn it down, she sighed and did so. I told her I just wanted a simple pedicure and clear polish, she was rough with my feet and caused me to bleed. She never apologized, and kept going. She was getting the old polish off my nails and again she cut me and didn’t apologize. I will never be back here again. They only like a certain type of customer because her coworker was equally being dismissive to another black customer next to me. If you’re black, your money is dirt to them so dont even bother coming here.

Sim did a really amazing job! He was very nice and personable. My nails look amazing. I got a dip set with tip (&removal) and a gel pedicure (&removal). My only reason for 4/5 rating was the time it took. He took his time and was very particular (which I appreciate). But my nails were scheduled at 4:30pm and I didn’t leave until 7:30pm.At max, with the same requests, I’ve only ever been in a salon for 2 hours for that. (Including gel and dip removal).If it was a bit quicker I would say 5/5.

I recently got a pedicure here, and skin around my toenails are damaged from the file. I can also tell the gel is already starting to peel off and the gel from my previous pedicure was not fully removed. The bowl for my pedicure was also broken and made the experience uncomfortable because I was as fighting to keep my feet on the broken bowl. The staff was friendly, but the quality of the service fell flat.
