I cannot stress enough how wonderful of experience I had. Hillary took on a huge project, I know I have a lot of hair. I walked in with a botched job from another salon and she took the time to talk through ideas on how to fix the situation without destroying my hair. Everyone helped out and provided insight. I walked in with a vision however theirs was MUCH better. Honestly, pictures really do not do this justice but I can promise you I have never, in my life, loved my hair as much as I did after today’s appointment. I moved here just under 2 years ago from NY. I have struggled to find an HONEST, upfront and talented stylist. I have finally found my place. As much as I couldn’t stand my blonde botch job, I’m happy it happened so I could end up in Hillary’s chair. The atmosphere is absolutely top tier. Do not walk to this place, RUN. You will have zero regrets.Thank you so much for making me feel like me again just in time for my 30th!

I am very well aware I called on short notice wich is why I wasn’t expecting anything grand, however it would’ve been REALLY great if Micheal could’ve mentioned that the result we will get would probably be SO FAR from what I actually want instead of damaging my hair. He is really kind don’t get me wrong respectful man but he ruined my hair. So anyways my hair was uneven because i had a wolfcut in the past and I wanted to even out my hair just a little bit somehow 90% of my hair was gone and I had this haircut about a month ago, it’s still very short second, I asked for some highlights he seemed scared there wasn’t alot of hair corrector so I kept asking are you sure we can do this tonight it’s okay if we can’t and he kept insisting saying yes we can I ended up with my whole hair being orange except the roots and it wasn’t even so the under part was dark absolutely terrible service do not go there if you care about your hair.

She turned my hair into a vibrant brunette that suited me perfectly and looked like it was my natural hair all along. I left feeling amazed at how she fixed my hair and made it look so good. I had a hair emergency and VIA salon worked MIRACLES! Kristi, the owner had me text her photos of my hair, and Anneke came in on her day off to fix me! Anneke took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and make sure I understood all of my options. Even though I did not speak any language about hair, she fixed my hair to be exactly what I wanted (and beautifully done) and taught me how to ask for it in the future. I previously asked for “highlights and a u-shape cut,” but Anneke understood I actually wanted a “lived in, honey blonde root melt with face framing layers.” These women are truly incredibly talented and making people look beautiful is their passion. Anneke is also one of the most down to earth and easiest people to talk to that I have ever met. Her doing my hair was therapeutic! I was extremely taken care of by their team and am so grateful! You can trust them with your hair!If your hair looks terrible, go to VIA.If your hair looks great, go to VIA.If you’re having a day, go to VIA!!! I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely the best! Camese at the Rock Hill location is a rock star. She transformed my hair from an absolute disaster to a gorgeous and natural color that was exactly what I envisioned. I’m officially a devout fan girl and will only see her from now on. Very highly recommend!

Absolutely not coming back. I went in yesterday to get a root touch up. The stylist suggested to do a partial and to “matches” the color to the rest of my hair. No styling and barely gave a hair cut only trimmed off the edges. I was new to the salon and she knew. Stylist should be entitled to tell new clients how much the process would be before starting. My bill came out to 350. I was in disbelief. No hair should even cost this much. The worker in the front knew to ask about when my next appointment will be but stylist did not care to explain the break down of the bill. Because of this experience, I am never coming back.
