Vanessa is the most beautiful person! She took me in last minute and didn’t rush I had curly tape in’s and she installed and it came out beautifully no pain hair loss or discomfort. She called me after my consultation to inform me which extensions would be best for my hair gave me accurate information on where to get quality hair extensions. After being very disappointed with the impersonal service I received at another area salon, I booked an appointment with Zac hoping I’d find someone who would give me bespoke treatment. Zac delivered! He was genuinely interested in my hair health and color goals and talked me through every single step he had planned before executing my dramatic makeover. He made me look and feel gorgeous. I will be back!

If you have good amount of hair, they will discriminate against you. Please don’t humiliate yourself going to this salon! As a long-term client for over 3 years who had referred several of my friends there, my stylist haircut started to look and feel different and then I found out that after 3 years, they have blocked me without any notification from online booking with Caroline. When I reached out to the salon, they said we did that because your haircut takes longer than usual and you have to call us!!!! They had the option to just ask me to call from now on for booking and they chose to just rudely block me. When I expressed my concern, the owner of the salon called me and said it is better if you find another salon for yourself! If you hear this from a business owner how would you feel? Seems like over the years they got more and more new clients and at this point they have zero care and respect for existing clients.

My son has had his hair cut here a few times. Today, after his haircut they charged an additional $15 bc “it took their stylist 1 hr and 15.” First of all, his hair cut is just your standard cut (in fact it looks a little choppy). Second – who charges after the fact bc it took their stylist longer? He has straight hair which maybe reaches his middle ear . He accepted the cut without any revisions. So ????
