If I could give zero stars I honestly would. Even after I told this lady about my horrible experience with another nail salon and that I just moved in the area and I’m trying to find a nail spot closer to this side, instead of having to drive all the way to NW she still did a HORRIBLE job smh. Literally told her it was bumpy and didn’t look right $80 for a fillin and they just told another girl for a full set it was $47 smh. Just Trash. I can’t even believe people spend they money here. Then after she hears me tell my wax specialist I may be running a little late she decides to stop my nails so she can wax someone’s eyebrows. Just all around a horrible trash experience.

Lily is the BEST nail tech! She gets you in and out in a timely manner (less than 2 hours for a gel overlay and gel pedi) and does not rush! Lily can do any design I show her, and my nails end up looking better than the reference photo! Her customer service is 10/10 and she always makes sure my toes and nails are healthy. My nails and toes last 3+ weeks with NO CHIPPING! I recommend Lily to anyone. If Lily is unavailable for pedicures, anyone else at the shop is amazing too.

Not sanitary, got fungi/bacteria infection in my nails. I went 3 times. it looks good in theory but acrylic nails will not last over 14-16 days. I had to ask for cuticle oil myself. Anywhere else I have gone my nails will last 3-4 weeks without issue. I feel like I wasted $100’s of dollars here. In addition, my GEL toe polish would chip within a week!!! each of the three times I got gel toes… Extremely upsetting. They do treat you very well and have great customer service during appointments— just very low quality acrylics because they do not last. Also do not cure the polish enough i was left with spots all over my nails within a dayEdit to reply to businessThis photo was taken at a different salon where I went to get help from the job I had done at your salon on 8th Street SE. i had a man do my nails there 3 times.

I first came to this location in December because I had a gift card, and had a really lovely experience. I hadn’t been back because it’s a bit far for me, but no manicure I’ve had since has been as good. Went back today and it was just as I remembered. Both Russian manicures I’ve had have been with Blair, who is so gentle and meticulous — a real professional. She checks in about shape and color throughout, and my cuticles and nails have been perfect both times. I don’t think I’ll bother going anywhere else from now on. Huge thanks to Blair as always 🙂
